Exercise after “having a baby”

Many of you already know people with fat belly or after “having a baby” always try to cover their stomach. That’s only good if it’s the winter and you wear a lot of cloth. What if it’s a really hot day of summer? You can’t just wear a lot of cloth to hide the fact that, you have a big belly. That’s why the only problem to solve it is to exercise.

You don’t need to exercise like “running 10 miles per day” or “5 hours a day exercise”. If you exercise the right way, you only need 20 minutes a day for 3 weeks to get back your perfect body. I will show you a proof of a woman with 2 baby but she is getting her body back in only 3 weeks just by exercise.
